CVS to Stop Selling Cigarettes

Taking the first step towards a healthier image, CVS recently announced that it will stop selling cigarette and tobacco products in all locations nationwide by October of this year. The bold move stems from the drugstore’s decision to focus on promoting health and becoming a bigger health care provider. With tobacco remaining the No. 1 cause of preventable death in America, other national drugstores could soon follow suit with these major changes.
