On Wednesday, October 28, the staff and physicians at Austin CyberKnife, along with the Neuroscience Team at University Medical Center Brackenridge, hosted a networking event for local physician practices.
The Mix and Mingle was held at the Punch Bowl Social in Austin and over 40 office managers and physicians from various specialties, including neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, radiation oncology, internal medicine, family medicine, and pain management, were in attendance.
Guests enjoyed delicious food and beverages, while getting to know each other in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. There was even a business card exchange table set up for the physicians who were present.
Networking is a great way for physicians to connect with peers and industry experts, and gives them a broader perspective on what is currently happening in the healthcare industry. It makes them a more informed physician, which in return, makes them a better resource to their patients.
Austin CyberKnife would like to thank everyone who attended the event and helped to make the night so successful!
